Serve at Cherish or Share Our Story with friends to help #ChangeTheStory of HIV
Join us on February 2nd for our first-ever official event in Austin, Texas!
Come enjoy dinner, hear from Cherish friends, including CEO Brent Phillips, and bid on some beautifully hand-crafted items in our silent auction. The night will be filled with art and will give you a deeper look into the heart and soul of Cherish Uganda.
Over the past 11 years God has done incredible things through our ministry, and we can't wait to share with you what all He has in store for 2019.
In 2011, Cherish Primary School opened its doors to children in the community. As the kids in our care grew older, we saw a huge need for a high school for teens with HIV, so in 2016 Cherish High School welcomed its first students.
The Short-Term Care Facility provides 24-7, home-based care for HIV-positive children in desperate need of medical or emotional care. The length of stay varies from a few months to up to 3 years, based upon each child's unique situation.
In 2015 we opened Cherish Health Center. The clinic serves the surrounding communities as well as our staff, students, and children in our care.
We have been working to #ChangeTheStory of HIV for children in Uganda for over 10 years. Through Cherish Uganda, God's love has been shared with thousands of children, students, adults, and staff members. Be a part of life change by partnering with us today!
